Social Expert by ForUsApps, LLC is a hosted OAuth MCP service for TikTok format research, topic-based ideas, posting windows, keyword and hashtag suggestions, and uploaded draft feedback. It is independent of TikTok.

Connect a client
Hosted Streamable HTTP endpoint: https://api.socialexpert.app/functions/v1/mcp. Complete the normal OAuth flow with your Social Expert account; no shared API key goes in these configurations.
Claude Code

Use /mcp to check the connection and sign in when prompted. For project setup, merge the entry from Claude Code JSON into your existing .mcp.json. Official client instructions.
VS Code
Run MCP: Add Server, select HTTP, and enter the endpoint. Or merge the entry from VS Code JSON into the appropriate MCP configuration. Follow the normal trust and OAuth steps. Official configuration reference.
Get a useful first result
Research three TikTok format ideas for a US home bakery. I can film kneading dough and decorating one cake. Separate returned research from your creative suggestions. Give me one premise, first frame and shot list per idea. Ask before starting video analysis.
A subject and filming constraints make the answer more useful. Include audience market and display timezone when asking for posting times. Check the returned dates and coverage before describing anything as current or growing.

Access, usage and privacy
New accounts include 10 one-time research lookups and 3 one-time video reviews; paid monthly plans are available. Website and chat clients share these balances. Reading retained feedback does not spend another review. Uploaded videos and saved reports are retained for 14 days.
