Social Expert Terms of Service

Effective date: October 29, 2026.

ForUsApps, LLC operates Social Expert. These product-specific terms apply to Social Expert at socialexpert.app, its APIs and supported chat integrations. They replace conflicting general ForUsApps provisions for Social Expert, including any restriction on authorized client consulting. Other ForUsApps products are outside these terms.

Accounts and permitted use

You must be at least 18 and have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the business you represent. Sign in with Google or your email and password, protect your account and authorize connections only through the normal sign-in flow. Do not send passwords or tokens in chat.

You may use Social Expert for your own content or for clients who authorize you to act for them. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process the content, including audio and information about other people. Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass access or usage controls, interfere with the service or access another person’s account or reports. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address misuse or a security issue; contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.

Content and feedback

You retain the rights you hold in your content. You permit ForUsApps and its service providers to process, store and transmit it only as needed to provide the requested service, retain results for the stated period, maintain security and respond to support requests. This permission does not allow using uploaded videos to train or improve AI models. It ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to any records or copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.

You may use feedback in your own or authorized client work, including commercially. This permission does not grant rights in third-party examples, sounds, brands or source material. You remain responsible for reviewing your posts, securing licenses and complying with destination-platform rules.

Feedback is editorial and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Regional recommendations are not personal follower analytics. Relative keyword indicators are not search counts or predicted views. An adaptation does not inherit the measured performance of its source example. No result guarantees views, virality, growth or revenue. Social Expert is independent of TikTok and ByteDance.

Tools and allowances

Social Expert supports TikTok content ideas, trends, posting guidance, keywords, hashtags and timestamped draft feedback. It does not publish to social networks, render edited footage, export finished videos or provide song-title/music-catalog search. Video review requires an authorized MP4 or MOV and an explicit action to start analysis; preview alone starts no review.

The getting-started guide spends no research lookup or video review. Free accounts include 10 lifetime research lookups and three video reviews. Deleting and recreating an account does not reset lifetime free usage.

One successful ideas, trends, posting-times, keyword or hashtag lookup uses one research lookup, regardless of the number of items returned. Trend and sound details, failed or empty lookups, and identical research reopened within 30 minutes use no additional lookup. Starting video analysis reserves one video review; failed or rejected jobs release it. Discussing a retained report starts no new review.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Website plans are billed monthly in USD through Stripe: Creator, $19.99 for 50 video reviews; Growth, $49.99 for 200 video reviews and 500 research lookups; Studio, $99.99 for 500 video reviews and 2,000 research lookups. Creator adds no monthly research allocation. The checkout shows your selected price, billing period and applicable taxes before purchase.

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the displayed price until cancellation. Verified billing events determine access. Paid allowances apply to their billing period and do not roll over; free lifetime usage remains separate. There are no automatic overage charges. Contact support for plan changes. Changes to a future subscription price will be disclosed before they apply, with any notice or consent required by law.

Cancel renewal from the website account page or contact support@forusapps.com if that fails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access and unused paid allowance remain until then. These subscriptions are managed through Social Expert and Stripe rather than Apple settings.

For billing errors, duplicate charges, failed service or other refund requests, contact support@forusapps.com. We review requests individually. These terms do not remove mandatory refund, cancellation or other consumer rights under applicable law. Unused allowance has no cash value, subject to those rights.

Retention, changes and support

Uploaded videos and saved reports are retained for 14 days and then deleted as explained in the Social Expert Privacy Policy. Download feedback you want to retain. Disconnecting a chat service, deleting an account and cancelling billing have different effects; follow the displayed instructions or contact support before closing a billed account.

Third-party services, including Google, your chat provider and Stripe, have their own terms. Availability can depend on those services. We may change the service, but will provide notice of material changes to paid access and address applicable consumer remedies rather than treating unused paid access as automatically forfeited.

We will publish changes to these terms with a revised effective date and provide notice where required. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit. For service, subscription or policy questions, contact support@forusapps.com.
